ApexTrauma provides high quality and trusted products for our customers. We also recognize that sometimes mistakes are made and we want to ensure that we make those mistakes right. For this reason, we have hold the following return policy:
- If an item is missing from your order, that item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If you are ordering multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the items availability. For this reason, a refund will not be granted, however, if the item is out of stock for more than 24 days, we will issue a refund for that specific item.
- All broken and/or damaged items from the warehouse/production will be either replaced or refunded upon return of the item. The item will be replaced if we have it in stock, if we do not, you will receive a full refund plus a coupon for your next order.
- Returns will not be accepted purely on the basis of not utilizing the item, nor simply not liking the item when it arrives. These items are meant to be tools that are beneficial to save a life, there is no timeline to know when they will be used.
- All refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The ApexTrauma team reserve the rights to approve and deny requests situationally.
